1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates — including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours for STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are processed and shipped in 24 hours for EXPRESS DELIVERY


You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Time

ALL ORDERS - 24 HOURS after shipping

Remote areas may take up to 2–3 business days

 Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotional periods.

Free delivery on orders above AED 300 - DUBAI - SHARJAH

Free delivery on orders above AED 350 - OTHER EMIRATES

A flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies to orders below AED 300 - DUBAI - SHARJAH

EXPRESS DELIVERY AVAILLABLE ON CHECK OUT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE FOR ALL AREAS

All applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available in our website

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a delivery confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or the link provided.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply before resending your order.

8. Canceled Orders

All canceled orders will be refunded to the same method you made the payment (The costumer should receive in aprox. 10 days )

NOTE - Shipping amount is non refundabble in any case after shipped
