Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery shipped at costumer cost 

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods or sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of refund that has to be done because of any our fault we will make the payment of the amount the costumer paid for return, once we receive the goods for replacement.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
